Separate toilet down-stairs, TV and free internet. A/C and washing machine.
Flexible change-over days

Price include: water and electricity/all charges/representative in Nice/cleaning and linen/towels

Ideal apartment for a couple, wanting to stay in very center of city - but there is also a sofabed for one more person
